Bandar Seri Begawan: Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) yesterday performed mass Surat Hajat prayers to seek blessings for its students on their upcoming examinations.

The religious event is a common practice in most educational institutions and an annual religious event for UBD, which began with mass Maghrib prayers, Swat Hajat prayers as well as a recital of Surah Vassal.

The event ended with mass Isyak prayers. In attendance were lecturers, senior officers and students of UBD. Present as guest of honour was Dr Dk Nurul Ain' Pg Hj IGfli, UBD's Dean of Students. -- Courtesy of The Brunei Times
