Chevrolet Cruze Unveiled
Bandar Seri Begawan - Customers Zaid Jumat and Franmix Sdn Bhd are the Chevrolet Hari Raya Special Treat grand prize winners.
The chairman of GHK Motors Sdn Bhd, Pg Dato Shariffuddin, and it managing director, Pehin Kapitan Lela Diraja Dato Paduka Awg Goh King Chin, picked their tickets in a lucky draw yesterday.
They won a free trip to Macau to watch the "Macau Grand Prix featuring the Cruze Chevrolet models on Nov 22. The latest model of the Cruze was officially unveiled yesterday.
In this street circuit racing, car and motorcycles races are held in November. More than 300 racing drivers and riders gather for this annual event.
The draw promotion from July to October 2009 entitled customers who purchased a Chevrolet model to a lucky draw coupon. Apart from two grand prizes, 20 consolation prizes included two Philips 32" TV winners; three Phillips Portable DVD Player winners; five Phillips DVD Micro System winners and 10 Phillips DVD Player winners.
The Chevrolet Cruze was unveiled by the GHK Motors chairman and managing director at its Sumbangsih Bahagia showroom.
Sales Manager Tony Chua said the Cruze comes in 1.6 Auto and Manual transmission and for the Auto transmission it comes with a six-speed mode giving a smooth drive on the highway and fuel economical. He said it is the first transmission in Brunei for the 1.6cc segment.
The Cruze has 16" alloy wheels, ABS, dual airbag, reverse sensor and many more . It comes with a warranty of three years or 100,00km whichever comes first. There is a three-year free service including free labour charges and oil filter and lubricant.
Chevrolet's design is also reflected in the quality of the Cruze's interior. The use of grained surfaces, soft-touch materials and low gloss trim panels ensures a quality ambience that echoes the clean, harmonious exterior design.
Its profile is matched by bold front styling with large headlamp housings that wrap around the front corners and sweep up, arrow-like, into the fenders and sculpted hood. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
