Bandar Seri Begawan - Two senior officers from the Information Department's Kenegaran dan Kemasyarakatn section - Hj Rahime Hj Anuar and Andul Wahid Hj Halim - left for Kuala Lumpur yesterday morning to take part in a programme of the Penempatan Di Cawangan Pentarama Malaysia or the Placement of Pentarama Malaysia.

Scheduled to be held for six days, the two officials will also meet Dato' Hj

Abdullah Morad, the Chief Information Director of Malaysia.

Besides attending conferences and visiting several sections of the Malaysian Information Department, it will also bring the two officers to witness the Pentarama show, which will be held in several parts of Malaysia, including Perak and Kuala Lumpur.

Pentarama Studio in Malaysia located at Angkasapuri Kuala Lumpur will be among the the duo will visit. Both officers will also pay a visit to the Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, to witness the preparation of performances for Pentarama Malaysia.

Among the programme's objectives is to foster ties and encourage a working cooperation under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries. Both officers are expected to be back home next Tuesday.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
