Bandar Seri Begawan - His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam began the second day of his official visit to the Russian Federation with a wreath laying ceremony at the Alexanderovskiy Garden, Kremlin Wall. Accompanying His Majesty were HRH Prince Haji AlMuhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; HRH Prince `Abdul 'Azim; HRH Prince 'Abdul Malik; and HRH Prince `Abdul Mateen. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
