Binding Ties Through ‘Sungkai' Ceremony

Bandar Seri Begawan - Bag Networks on Friday organised a sungkai ceremony for its personnel and interns, as part of their efforts to establish ties with those who have not been acquainted, as well as to celebrate their health and well being. The event was held at Tarindak d'Polo in Jerudong.

Around 80 BAG personnel and interns attended the function, which was also organised as part of their social activities during the holy month of Ramadhan, which teaches Muslims and others the meaning of patience, reflection, modesty and other sublime qualities.

BAG Networks Chief Executive Officer, Haslina Taib was also present at the ceremony. Everyone was treated to a wide array of delicacies ranging from Malay to International cuisine, as well as the popular cotton candy and popcorn stand.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
