Bandar Seri Begawan - In conjunction with the fasting month of aamadhan, the Sengkurong and Limau Manis stations of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) recently organised a cleaning campaign at the Ingan-Ingan Muslim cemetery in Kg Parit, Mukim Pengkalan Batu.

Undertaking this religious obligation were officers and personnel from both stations with their respective Officers-In-Charge in attendance - ASP Hj Irham Hj Arshad (Sengkurong) and ASP Mohd Mezudy Afril Mohd Mazlan.

This was followed by a tablil recital dedicated to the late PC 3869 Janudin Hj Momin, who passed away in 1998, while being on official duty. Family members of the deceased, including mother Mariam Hj Salleh, also joined the ceremony.

The police said the religious function was organised in the hopes of reminding all Muslim personnel of their Islamic obligations. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
