Bandar Seri Begawan - A Ceremony was yesterday held at the Orchid Garden Hotel (OGH) to mark the closing of the Customer Service Workshop for personnel of the Employee Trust Fund (TAP).

Corporate Services Acting Executive Manager II Joyce Chua Sing Yee handed out the certificates and prizes to participants of the workshop, which was a collaborative effort between TAP and fmBrunei Consultancy Services.

Over 50 participants took part in the four-day workshop that aimed to improve Customer Service Skills of TAP personnel, as well as further develop the confidence and professional image of its employees, in line with TAP'S corporate goals. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
