Director of HOG Brunei Chapter, Ridzlan Hj Ibrahim said that the meeting was a formality in compliance with the requirements of the Law under The Registration of Society Act and our Constitution.

"We have made changes on our procedure in preparation for the meeting, proceeding during meeting and election of new committee members and I hope this will become HOG Brunei Chapter Standard procedure for meetings in future," he said.

He added that the new practice on the recent assembly was by informing the members forth night ago of the meeting and requesting them to furnish the committee with any matters they wish to raise and to nominate any members for the election of new council members.

He further said that as owners of Harley Davidson and members of an elite club, members have a responsibility to carry on the good name of not only the club but also the country in particular when representing the country in any events outside the country.

Ridzlan Hj Ibrahim is the Director of HOG Brunei Chapter, as members had voted him three years in a row. Meanwhile, Pg Shaminan Pg H M Salleh also retains his seat as Assistant Director for the third time.

Meanwhile, members had voted Abd Malek Hamdani as the secretary; Pg Hj Redzuan Pg Hj Ahmad as the treasurer; Md Hartini bin Harris as the safety officer; Pg Isa bin Pg Hj Md Noor as the activities officer; Pg Joffren bin Pg Omar as the membership officer, Zulkifli bin Haji Ismail as road captain; Pg Shamsulhadi Pg Dr Hj Ismail as historian; Abd Jalal bin Hj Abdullah as the photographer; Mohamad Allan bin Kaslan as the editor; and Pg Apri bin Pg Hj Sani as webmaster.
