How Much Should I Charge?

I have decided to build a small bungalow for rent. The house has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 toilet. I was actually building the bungalow as future investment.

Can someone please advise me how much should I charge for one month's rental for the said house?

I'm guessing $600 a month? (not include water and electricity bill) .Renting a small bungalow more than $600 a month is quite expensive.

Standard rates of around $500-600 depending on the location and quality of your house. I need to view to assess the right market price. Thank you.
