The High Court yesterday sentenced an ex-government servant, Mahali Hj Abdullah, to 20 years in prison and 15 strokes of the cane after finding him guilty under Section 3 A of the Misuse of Drugs Act Chapter 27 for having in his possession 50.373 grammes of controlled Class A drug, methylamphetamine or Syabu.
