To Throng Istana

A heavy downpour failed to dampen the spirits of some 43,843 well-wishers yesterday as they waited in line to exchange Hari Raya greetings with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pg Anak Hjh Saleha and Her Royal Highness Pg Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar binti Hakim Mazhar on the second day of a three-day open house at Istana Nurul Iman.
