Hari Raya Shopping
Rush Begins


All roads lead to commercial areas Gadong, Kiulap and Muara roads
were chock-a-block with traffic as Bruneians began the last week of
shopping in the run up to Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Massive traffic jams
and congested shopping areas will be the norm for the next few days.

Hari Raya shopping spree has well and truly begun. With government servants receiving their salaries yesterday, frenzied shopping began with long queues of cars seen waiting to get into some of the commercial areas in the capital.
