Bandar Seri Begawan - Chief Justice Mohammed Saied yesterday sent a local drug pusher and father of three, Hanip Haji Sapar, to 12 years jail and ordered 12 strokes of the cane when he pleaded guilty for having in his possession nearly half a million dollars worth of diamorphine.
