Japan and Brunei yesterday, kicked off their first round of official negotiations aimed at sealing a bilateral free trade agreement in Tokyo for a five-day run, with Tokyo aiming for tariff cuts on its industrial goods exports and stable supply of natural resources from the Southeast Asian country.
