Bandar Seri Begawan - A survey on customer focus in public
services by the Management Services Department reveals that only
35.4 per cent of officers and staff agree with the motto `customer
is always right'. Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's
Office, Pengiran Dato Haji Abdul Hamid bin Pengiran Haji Mohd
Yassin, disclosed this during, the Customers' Day 2006 organised
by the Civil Services institute yesterday.
