The days are numbered for prank calls, phone scams, sms-mongering and the like once tightening controls on prepaid SIM cards set in, as some 170,000 existing subscribers from DST Communications and B-Mobile Communications will have to re-register their prepaid SIM cards starting from February 1 until July 31, 2006.
