London - His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam shakes hands with Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair outside No.10 Downing Street in London January 9. His Majesty and the British Prime Minister are expected to sign the historic new Garrison Agreement, which was announced by the British High Commissioner to Brunei Mr Andrew Caie here last week.
