Bandar Seri Begawan - There is a new cosy and quiet place to enjoy delicious homemade western meals in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Located just beside Palm Garden Hotel, The Palm Café was recently launched and operated by English chef Teresa, who has been in Brunei Darussalam for more than 10 years.

Previously holding a post with Royal Brunei Yacht Club in Kota Batu, Chef Teresa, whose passion is cooking and baking, wants to share her personal recipes with everyone.

"I love lo share good! nod with people. Anyone earl come in lo enjoy deliciously prepared good rood in a superb environment.

"Besides cooking, I love making bread and pastry. The pastry and bread are freshly prepared by

myself," she said

The menu of The Palm Cafe includes seared salmon, braised lamb shank, (Heart of Borneo 2 (Grilled prawn served with Coriander garlic butter sauce, served with Palm potato cheese pancake) and others. The mouth watering desserts include Toblerone Mousse and white chocolate cheese cake.
