SMS Brunei Prihatin Collects $55k

Bandar Seri Begawan - SMS Brunei Prihatin has collected a total of $55,059, as at yesterday's morning, since its launch on September 7th.

The donation from the public, through a specialty-arranged number 8885555, recorded a tremendous response. Members of the public may still contribute until October 20th.

For DSTCom customers, all a donor has to do is simply type YATIM with the amount that you desire to donate such as $1, $5, $10, $15 and $20 and send it to 8885555. As for B-Mobile customers, you need to send it 10101.

It is learnt that the fund will be donated to the orphanages in the country and a total collection of $140,000 is expected this year.
