New Converts Hold 'Bertadarus'

Bandar Seri Begawan - More than 40 newly converts from the Muslims Converts Association or Persatuan Nurul Islam held its first 'Betadarus' or alQuran Recital yesterday at the Islamic Dakwah Centre Surau.

The general secretary of the association, Hjh Sharpina bte Abdullah,'said they plan to have more events in that scale during the whole month of Ramadhan. She said the Muslims Converts Association has more than 200 members comprising of local and other nationals.
