Jerudong Residents Complain Of Uncollected Trash, ‘Health Hazard'

Bandar Seri Begawan - The residents of Kg Jerudong were irked by the irresponsibility of the garbage disposal company assigned to their area.

Residents claimed that their trash has not been picked up for more than two weeks and they have lodged complaints to the said company. However, their pleas have been ignored and fallen on deaf ears. "It's becoming ahealth hazard.

It's smelly and there are so many flies," commented a resident. Several others who have called the company said that they were assured the problem would be taken care of soon, and that was over a week ago. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
