By Cedrina Norlaila Abd Clark
Bandar Seri
Begawan - Teacher's Day was recently celebrated at Bright
Jigsaw International School.
It began with a speech by Principal
Mrs Elizabeth Sequeira, who explained the occasion's significance and
the role that educators play in moulding and guiding their students.
The Primary Five and Six students
were mostly in charge of the function's meticulous planning and
Mashiath Mahabub was the Master of Ceremonies.
Joycie
Joseph and Nimisha Mohandas were in charge of the entertainment, while
Aleena Igbal and Aima Butt organised games for the teachers, such as
musical chairs and pass-the-parcel.
The teachers, who were asked to sit
back and relax, were impressed by their students, who showed and
demonstrated some important leadership qualities as well as
organisational skills. -- Courtesy of Borneo
