Tutong Trade Fair To Woo Raya Shoppers

Tutong - An International SME Week Tradeshow Exhibition will be held from October 10 to 21 at the Civic Hall, Bukit Bendera, Tutong promoting both local and foreign products in conjunction with the upcoming Hari RayaAidilfitri celebration.

The event is also aimed at providing Hari Raya celebrants a chance to shop for unique and quality products at reasonable prices without the need to travel across the border to towns like Miri and Limbang.

Organised by Sila with HMI Marketing and Promotion as the event manager, some 40 booths will be set up during the tradeshow exhibiting products from other countries as well as Brunei-made products.

According to a spokesperson, the tradeshow would help bring local and foreign business communities closer through economic activities.

"Products to be exhibited include electrical appliances, electronics goods and components, Hari Raya biscuits, textiles, apparels, fashion accessories, furniture, home decoration items and many more," he said, adding that for the convenience of visitors and exhibitors, the Tutong Civil Hall, will be fully air-conditioned for the upcoming event.
