Bandar Seri Begawan - ARBADOS spiked their way to become the champion of Muara Ve11a Invitational VA Volleyball Cup after defeating Sehat in straight sets 25-10, 25-19 and 25-17 in the final at the Multipurpose Hall of Indoor Stadium on Friday.

In the women category, Mutiara Nusantara beat the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (ABDB) in three sets to capture the championship.

Other awards in .women's category - best server - Hjh Norrina PDP Hj Abd Razak, best setter - Riska, best spiker - Sringatin, best blocker - Lina Adiwartini, best libero - Siti Aisah, best youth player - Hajah Norhati, best national player - Hadinawati, best coach' - Rosdhy Kapal, best fair play team - Mutiara Nusantara, best overall team - Mutiara Nusantara and best overall player - Sringatin.

The men's category award of best server went to Sito Budi, best setter - Widi, best spiker - Suko, best blocker - Yusri Hj Mohmmad, best libero Siriffin Hj Timbang, best youth player - Ismail Ang, best national player -Affezan bin Abdullah, best coach - Bejo Handoko and best overall player - Suko.
