Erosion Control Operation Along Brunei-Kg Penanj Ong Coastline

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Department of Marine yesterday said in a press statement that it is conducting an operation to control beach erosion along the coastline of Brunei Darussalam-Kampong Penaniong.

The department also said that the duration of the operation is from September I till December 31 and it involves a 1.5km coastline bordering Kampong Penanjong.

The department said its personnel are using tugboat BESTVIC 7 and barge BESTVIC 8, tugboat BESTVIC 10 and barge BESTVIC 11 for the operation. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
