Ssangyong Actyon Unveiled At TCY Motors

Bandar Seri Begawan - TCY Motors Sdn Bhd unveiled the all-new `Actyon' from Ssang Yong at its showroom in Batu Besurat, yesterday.

The launch of the new car marks the release of a new breed known as the Sports Utility Coupe (SUC), a smaller version of the normal Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).

Actyon, a combination of the words `Action' and `Young' features the striking looks and high performance of an SUV and a sports coupe.

"The heart of the Actyon lies the XDi200 XVT Diesel engine having a maximum output of 141-ps and maximum torque of 310Nm from a 2,000cc engine," said a representative from TCY Motors.

"Passengers will experience a quiet and comfortable ride as the Actyon operates as silently as a petrol engine vehicle."

The Actyon, which is imported and distributed by TCY Motors, comes in 2-wheel drive with automatic transmission. The interior design features a stylish black tone infused with bright chrome lines, creating a sporty coupe-like look.

Standard features for the \rtyon included a driver's airbag, 16" alloy wheels, parking aid system, keyless entry and alarm system.

The new Ssangyong Actyon will be retailed at a showroom price of B$35,550.
