Media Gets Taste Of Mooncake Making At Empire Hotel

Bandar Seri Begawan - Chef Petrus Daryanto and his team shared a few tips on mooncake-making with members of the media, in time for the Mooncake Festival at the Empire Hotel and Country Club.

This Chinese delicacy - with fillings such as red beat, white lotus, snow skin custard, and pandan - will be made available at the Empire Hotel' and Country Club Lobby Lounge from September 18 to October 6.

A four-piece set of mooncakes will be priced at $26 per box, while individual pieces can be purchased at $7 a piece.

A special 10 per cent discount will be offered on bulk purchase of more than 20 boxes, while a 20 per cent discount will be offered when 50 boxes or more are purchased.

Empire Country Club members will also enjoy a 10 per cent discount, while

Empire Rewards members will enjoy a 5 per cent discount on the mooncakes.
