RBPF's New Director

Bandar Seri Begawan - A handing-over ceremony was held yesterday morning at the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) Training Centre's Parade Square in Beribi for the new Director of Investigation and Traffic Department.

Acting ACP Pg Hj Wahab Pg Hj Omar, previously Deputy Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, is now the Director of Investigation and Traffic Department.

He will be taking over from Acting ACP Abd Rahim Hj Mohd Noor, who is now the Acting Director of General Administration and Finance. The event began with a farewell parade by more than 60 traffic police personnel led by the RBPF band.

The outgoing Director then inspected the parade before a signing ceremony to officially handover the post. A doa was later read to bless the function. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
