Manager, Siti Normah Haji Talip said.
Previously DkYani participated in the

According to an RBC representative,
this is the second gold medal won by RBC Chefs in the Asean Skills
Competition. RBC previously achieved gold in the Asean Skills
Competition in Bangkok 2001.
In her speech, Dk Yani said, "The
competition was a great challenge for me. I had to present my culinary
abilities and compete against other participants from Asean countries.
However, I am surprised and happy to receive the gold medal award and
would like to thank those who have supported and given me training for
the competition.
Dk
Yani, 21, attended the Professional Cookery and Services

fulltime basis. During her previous training, she was attached to
various Food & Beverage outlets in RBC including the Aircraft Catering

Upon her graduation, Dk Yani was
assigned to the Pastry Kitchen at Airport Restaurant where she
continues to upgrade her culinary skills with support and guidance
from professional RBC chefs. -- Courtesy of Borneo
