Sheraton Honours Associates For Long-Service

Bandar Seri Begawan - Sheraton Utama Hotel recently held an appreciation awards ceremony for its long-service associates in the Mutiara Ballroom.

Every year, the management of the hotel celebrates the dedication of longstanding associates who have reached their 5", 10`h, 15", 20' and 25th year of service. Each associate was presented with a certificate of appreciation along with a surprise gift.

Among the awardees were personnel from different departments ranging from the front house (guest services and accounts) to the heart of house (housekeeping) and Food & Beverage associates (kitchen and restaurant servers).

"It is the warm and caring hospitality and devotion of our associates that brings our guests back again and again to our hotel. It is the steadfastness of associates who have been faithful to our hotel guests' needs that made the success of the hotel," said Datin Hjh Zainah Bujang, the general manager of Sheraton Utama Hotel.
