Students Off To M'sian Schools Carnival

Bandar Seri Begawan - Sixteen students left yesterday to join the Malaysia Schools National Integration Carnival at Kota Bahru Kelantan. They included eight from the Selangan Primary School in Temburong district and eight from Brunei Muara, Belait and Tutong district secondary schools.

Brunei Darussalam was invited by the Ministry of Education Malaysia to participate in the carnival.

The students are accompanied by Cikgu HjhAinah binti Hj Ibrahim and Cikgu Fariulazmi bin Hj Sulaiman and will spend a week in Kota Bahru performing Brunei traditional dance routines as well promoting Brunei's traditional dances. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
