Bandar Seri Begawan - A 35-year-old Thai man was arrested for operating a mobile business without a licence, selling food and daily necessities along Jalan Kuala Balai, Kg Mumong.

He was arrested by the Belait Immigration Enforcement Section last week.

Upon investigation, Immigration officials discovered the suspect's employment pass stated he had been employed as a labourer in the country.
