International Travel Agents In Brunei For RBA Workshop

Bandar Seri Begawan - Royal Brunei Airlines hosted a dinner for ticket agents from around the world Wednesday night at The Rizqun Hotel in Gadong.

The event was held to mark the start of a workshop on rescheduling flight times for the improvement and convenience of RBA clients around the world.

Present at the event was Mr Wong Pug Hoon, Senior vice-president of Royal Brunei Airlines.

Out of the 44 delegates, some 28 foreign agents are attending the three-day workshop at the Orchid Garden Hotel, which began yesterday. Royal Brunei Airlines has recorded a 40 per cent increase in ticket sales in the popular Kangaroo Route (between Australia and London).

The workshop, among others, will see travel agents coordinate new flight times schedule to benefit customers' requirements, improve efficiency and diversify routes.

The outcome of the workshop will be implemented into the new schedule for next summer, March 29, 2007. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
