Serasa Overall Winner In Shooting Contest

Bandar Seri Begawan - A shooting competition for national army cadets was held at the shooting field of Berakas Garrison.

The championship, which ran from September 1-4, saw representatives from 17 schools battling it out for the top spot.

The closing ceremony was held on Monday, attended by Awang Hj Metali bin Hj Mirasan, deputy head of STEP Centre, Ministry of Education, who also presented prizes to the winners.

The overall champion of this year's event was SMPIHM Serasa.

Meanwhile, the "shooting of metal plate" event was won by Menglait Secondary School, followed by Sayyidina Hassan Tanjong Bunut Secondary School and Sultan Sharif Ali Secondary School. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
