Strong Turnout At Elken Blood Donation

Bandar Seri Begawan - Dozens of people showed up at The Mall yesterday to participate in the ‘6th Elken Blood Donation,' which is one of the largest blood donation campaigns to date.

The event was hosted by Elken and was the third of its kind. The community project was held over two days in 29 locations including Singapore, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam.

According to Elken (B) Sdn Bhd Crown Manager Alfian Maskur, the Sunday event at The Mall aimed to meet the 300 blood donor target.

Over 60 Elken individuals were on hand to man the event, along with 20 personnel from the blood bank and two doctors from the Ministry of Health.

All donors were later given free samples of Elken Spirulina for their contribution.
