Working Together To Benefit Each Other

Bandar Seri Begawan - Fifteen members from the 'Koperasi Mukim Amo DTB' made a working visit to Koperasi UBD Bhd on Friday to forge ties. The group was led by its chairman, Sinau Buga.

During a briefing session, Koperasi UBD Secretary Dr Hj Mohd Saiful Azmi Hj Awg Husain highlighted several areas that the two could work together. For instance, Koperasi UBD could offer computer training for students residing in Mukim Amo area, while Koperasi

Mukim Amo could provide transportation services for UBD lecturers and undergraduates to Temburong.

Recently, Koperasi UBD teamed up with a cosmetic product company based in the Sultanate. More activities will be introduced in the near future such as web-design development and educational training services.

Currently, Koperasi UBD runs a bookshop as well as photocopy/scanning and ticketing services. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
