Taekwondo Assessment Test At PDS Schools

Bandar Seri Begawan - Brunei Taekwondo Association conducted a promotional test at the PDS School and PDS International School during their ECA classes recently.

Over 70 participants comprising the school's primary and secondary students, teachers and staff took part in the annual assessment.

Present to screen the participants, who were trained by their teacher Thea de Guzman, who is a 3rd Dan Black Belt, was Hj Tajudin Bin Hi Md Salleh, Secretary General of the Brunei Taekwondo Association. The test included kicks, self-defence exercises, Poomsaes and sparring for greenbelts.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
