Teachers' Day celebration at Dato Basir Secondary School

In conjunction with the 15th Teachers' Day celebration, the committee members, teachers and staff of Dato Basir Secondary School, Lambak Kanan organised two annual events namely the Medical Health Check-Up Campaign and the Blood Donation Drive, which were also open to parents. The events took place at the "Pustaka Minda" of the school. Around 70 parents including teachers donated blood to the Blood Bank of RIPAS. According to the Headmaster, Hjh Sarimah binti Hj Bakir, the events were successful and response from the parents was good.
