OFW’s Attend Basic Orientation Course At Embassy

Bandar Seri Begawan - Mr Daljit Singh Sandhu (photo left), a recognised legal practitioner, was the speaker in last Sunday's session of "Basic Orientation Course for Overseas Filipino Workers", which is being conducted by the Philippine Embassy.

He spoke of workmen's compensations and other legal matter affecting OFWs, a press release stated.

The Philippine Embassy expects another huge turnout as the basic orientation course for OFWs continues at the embassy this Sunday (Sept. 25) from 1pm to 5pm.

The embassy has invited Awg Shariful Bahri Hj Sawas, the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, to discuss "Brunei Darussalam's Labour Laws".
