Surah Lazim Reading Competition

Bandar Seri Begawan - To commemorate Israk Mekraj, the Kg Lambak mosqueheld a Surah Lazim reading competition that was open only to children between the ages of seven and 15 in Brunei Zone Two.

There were altogether four categories, with Mohd Khairot Alimin, Suhaidah, Abd Aimi and Hj Abd Rahman emerging as the winners.

Chief Imam Hj Afdzillah Hj Mohd Yussof presented them with their prizes. He said that the contest's objective was to encourage more participation in religious activities.
