Charitable Day For UBD Students

Bandar Seri Begawan - Over 70 students from the Community Services and Students' Welfare Relations of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) yesterday organised a community project at the KACA Centre in Kiulap.

The project included cleaning campaign and gardening at the centre, watching vans, and colouring competition for KACA children.

According to the UBD students, the project was also part of a charity car wash that was held at the university last March and proceeds collected from the event were used to purchase toys and stationeries for KACA.

Other than providing a better understanding of the roles of KACA Association, the project also enhanced the relations among the students. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
