Fire Services Personnel Off To Malaysia

Bandar Seri Begawan - Six seniorpersonnel from the Fire Services Department led by Acting Director of Fire Services, HajiAwg Johari bin Jaludin and Acting Assistant Director of Operation, Awg Shabandi bin Haji Abd. Halim, left yesterday for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The delegation will be in Malaysia for four days to attend the Asean Regional Disaster Emergency Exercise (ARDEX 05) and Formulation Workshop of Asean Standby Arrangements and Standard Operating Procedures (SASOP). The workshop will be held from September 19 to 22.

The officers are Pg Haji Shaharuddin bin Pg Haji Metali, Awg Haji Lamat bin Haji Lamit, Haji Abnoh bin Haji Dali, Awg Matali bin Haji Bini, Awg Suhaimi bin Haji MohdYusof and Haji Bolhassan bin OKMD Haji Ghafar. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
