Bridging Minds Of Brunei,
Singapore

Begawan – Bridging Minds 2005 was yesterday morning held at the
Radio Television Brunei in the capital, participated by students from
Brunei and Singapore.
Present as the guests of honour were
Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office Pengiran Dato Haji
Ismail bin Pengiran Haji Mohamed, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry
of Education Dato Haji Adnan bin Haji Mohammad and Singapore's Senior
Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Communication
and Arts Yatiman Yusuf.
Bridging Minds 2005 was one of three
annual projects held in the capital, with the other two being Titian
Minda and Forum Universiti, hosted by RTB and MediaCorp TV 12
Singapore.
Forum Universiti was also held
yesterday afternoon at Studio One, RTB, while Titian Minda will be
held today at 3 pm. All three projects will be telecast at a later
date.
The motion debated yesterday was
"This House Would Sit For Exams" with the proposition team comprising
Maryanne Mel Kui Alwines and Ak Mohd Fadhli of Brunei and Chou Xinjue
Aileen, Aarti Ramesh Khemlani and Jashan Deep Kaur from Singapore
edging the opposition team of Nor Azimah Hj Abdul Raub, Viviana
Fernanda Afonso Metussin and Danial Dean Noorhaizamdin of Brunei and
Hor JinYi Amoz, Natasha Mohamed Ismail from Singapore. --
