AF3 Stars Ready To Rock Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan - Three Akademi Fantasia 3 (AF3) artistes, who will be performing in concerts at the Jerudong Park and Country Club Amphitheatre, Jerudong next Friday and Saturday nights, said they were looking forward to meeting their fans in the country.

Stars Akma, Amy and Idayu, said they had perfected their show routines and were very enthusiastic about performing in Brunei.

"For most of us, it will be the first trip to Brunei. That's why we're are looking forward to our first concert outside of Malaysia," they said.

The three artistes were in Labuan performing at a private function on Friday evening.

De Hayat Musical and Production's managing director Pg Hj Abu Bakar bin Pg Hj Othman went by boat to meet them at the island to ask about their preparations for the concerts.

They revealed that Mawi will sing two songs while the rest of them, a song.

The 14 artistes will also belt out a medley as a group, while local artistes will appear at the concerts as opening acts.

Pg Hj Abu Bakar said the stars, led by overall winner Mawi, are set to arrive in the country on Wednesday morning where they will meet their fans at the International

Convention Centre in Berakas on Wednesday evening.

Apart from the artistes, musicians led by Sham Kamikaze, dance groups, academy trainers, artistes' managers as well as video crew of Track Celebrities will also be arriving in the country.
