IDBB HQ Holds `Friendly Friday'

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Islamic Development Bank of Brunei Berhad (IDBB) yesterday held a "Friendly Friday" promotion at their headquarters in Komplex Setia Kenangan, Kg Kiulap.

At the event, customers were greeted and served with light refreshments by the staff of IDBB.

According to Matali Hi Apong, Business Development Manager of IDBB, the "Friendly Friday" promotion was organised as an appreciation to their customers for their loyalty and support.

"Every client is entitled to a gift when they do any banking transaction at IDBB head office. They are also briefed and updated on the various facilities and services thatwe are offering," Matali added.

The response of "Friendly Friday" from the public was well received.

One of IDBB's customer Hj Ahmad bin Rosli said I was surprised this morning to know that the bank was holding a promotion.

"It is really good to know that the bank is taking this day to get to know their customers better. I came today to pay my card bills, and instead I received a gift.
