HSBC Holds 2nd Blood Donation Drive

Bandar Seri Begawan - Over 100 HSBC personnel participated in the bank's second blood donation drive this year at the HSBC Chambers in the capital.

Among those who participated in the campaign were Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Guy Priestley and senior management.

The event was part of HSBC Cares programme in its effort to be a responsible corporate citizen by giving back to the community.

"It is wonderful to see so many of our staff here today, taking time out of their busy schedules to donate blood.

"We believe that by taking such small but steady steps, we will inculcate an increasingly socially responsible culture within HSBC, with all our staff taking up voluntary activities as part of their lifestyle within and outside the office.
