Students Visit Archives Department

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Archives Department yesterday received a visit from students of the Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Umar Al Khatab, Kg Lumapas.

The students were led by Cikgu-Hjh Ayu Nadirah bte Hj Abdullah and Cikgu Mardiana bte Ibrahim ofthe History Department.

The Archives Department comes under the jurisdiction of the Brunei Museums Department and provides an important source for those who-require information especially in their research to produce thesis at the Universiti of Brunei Darussalam.

An officer from the Archives Department took the delegation for a tour around the various sections of the building which is located at Jalan Menteri Besar. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
