Vandalism? Theft? The cover of this electrical feeder pillar (above) at Simpang 502, Jalan Bengkurong/Masin in the Brunei-Muara district is gone, no thanks to the irresponsibility of some members of the public, an act of mischief that endangers other people - whole communities even.
