'7-A-Side World Cup' Football Tournament

Bandar Seri Begawan - Zudin Sports and Event Management (ZSEM) will be organising a seven-a-side football tournament known as the "7-a-side World Cup" on 2nd October 2005 at the Youth and Sports Department football field in Berakas.

Only 16 teams will be entitled to participate in the tournament in which the teams will be divided into four groups of four playing a round robin format before the two top teams proceed to the quarterfinals.

Interested teams can obtain the entry forms from the Gills Sports Shop in Kiulap or contact either 2238248 or 8900630 for more details regarding the competition. Forms are to be submitted before 26t' September 2005.

Winners will receive a challenge trophy known as the Menuddin Champion World Cup Trophy along with the winners' trophy and medals for each player, while the second place team will receive the runnersup trophy and medals.
