All-You-Can-Eat Tuesdays At Li

Begawan - Due to the popularity of the `All You Can Eat'
evening at Li Gong Chinese Restaurant at The Empire Hotel & Country
Club on Wednesday evenings, the hotel has added an extra day for
guests to enjoy this weekly favourite.
Aside from Wednesdays, guests can now
enjoy `All You Can Eat' on Tuesdays from 6pm to 10.30pm. Prices are
$25.50 nett per adult and $12 nett for children between the ages of 5
and 12, a press release from The Empire Hotel & Country Club stated
yesterday.
`All You Can Eat' features a
selection of more than 60 dishes. Guests can select from a choice of
seafood, beef, chicken, bean curd and vegetable delights and keep
ordering till they are satisfied.
Chef Wong and his team will skilfully
create favourites including Stir Fried Char Kwai with BBQ Sauce, Fried
Prawns `Thai' Style, Steam Prawns with Garlic Sauce, Fried Prawns with
Sweet and Sour Sauce, Stir Fried Chicken with Black Bean Sauce,
Steamed Chicken with Preserved Vegetables, Beef in Black Pepper Sauce
and more. A selection of desserts such as Honeydew with Sago Cream,
Longan with Taufu, Red Bean Paste, and White Fungus with Longan are
also available.

Special highlights during the week
include Steamboat Night on Thursday evenings and Dim Sum Sunday Brunch
on Sundays.
